We scale our workouts to suit your current level of fitness and help you decide on some goals. Whether they be being able to run around with your grandkids, hike up a mountain in the weekend or get better at your chosen sport.

Once you feel ready to progress from our beginner classes then the world is your oyster.

We focus on movement first before putting emphasis on load and intensity and any movements can be modified to suit any age and any old injuries.

ALWAYS CHANGING

Our classes change every single day! So we always keep things interesting and work on all areas of fitness.

HIIT CLASSES

Our classes run for 60 mins and we want you to get the most out of that time!
It's amazing how 60mins of fitness can completely change your day when you surround yourself with like minded, supportive people.

COACHES WHO CARE

Our coaches truly care about your progress and your goals. We each have different specialities and passions so whatever you are aiming for one of us will be there to help.

GROUP TRAINING

When you are in a team environment it brings out the best in us. You have people to encourage, people to look up to, and someone always there to help give you an extra push. We have a great family environment that train and socialise together.

SMALL CLASSES

We pride ourselves on staying invested in our members. Our classes are capped at 14 to ensure you get quality coaching every class.
