Our specialty is not specializing and our goal is constant progress. We strive to provide the highest level of training that will help you achieve your goals.

We LOVE seeing new faces and meeting new people and also understand how nerve wracking it can be to jump into something new. We scale our workouts to suit your current level of fitness and help you decide on some goals. Whether they be being able to run around with your grandkids, hike up a mountain in the weekend or get better at your chosen sport.

Our daily workouts comprise of a broad mixture of weightlifting, gymnastics, powerlifting, running, rowing, jumping, and throwing and much more.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASSES

All our workouts are based on functional every day movements which are guaranteed to enhance your life and athleticism. We focus on movement first before putting emphasis on load and intensity and any movements can be modified to suit current injuries. We pride ourselves on educating our members on listening to their bodies to prevent injuries.
Our classes run for 60 mins and we want you to get the most out of that time!
It's amazing how 60mins of fitness can completely change your day when you surround yourself with like minded, supportive people.
