FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

All Functional workouts are based on functional every day movements which are guaranteed to enhance your life and athleticism. Our classes are infinitely scalable, so yes, it is right for you too.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Do you want to Improve Olympic Lifting Proficiency and develop base strength and power?

BEGINNER BOOTCAMP

We know that starting back into fitness can be scary, so we introduced a beginner bootcamp class. 30mins of scaled movements, we can change anything to suit niggles, injuries and also fears. We just want to get you moving again!

8 WEEK BOOTCAMP

We run an 8 week bootcamp four times a year. This is a fast paced cardio based class with limited numbers. We use kettlebells, wall balls, and focus on core strength and gymnastics. This is a no barbell class.
Available session times are; 7.00-7.30am, 9.00-9.30am, 7.30-8.00pm

PERSONAL TRAINING

We all need a little extra help from time to time, or maybe you don’t like training in a group.
Whatever your goals are, one of our widely skilled coaches can help you achieve your goals through focus and discipline.

OPEN GYM

Need some time to work on your weightlifting, gymnastics or build your endurance?  This the class for you to be able to do this.
